PAYMENT

We currently have three available options. You can make the payment via Paypal, Bank Transfer or directly by credit card.

If you choose to pay by Bank Transfer, please send us an email at rinaeres@yahoo.com and you will be sent the details concerning the transaction.

Upon receiving your payment we will send you your order.

Please be aware that you are responsible for any possible extra costs calculated by your bank. This is not under our control, so if you are unsure make some inquiries.

 

SHIPPING

There is no need to worry about waiting. All our products are in stock, therefore we ship within the next 2 work days after the payment has been received. We ship all over the world.

Please let us know via email if you need your purchase expedited and we will do our best to get it to you within your timeframe (extra postage costs will apply to express orders). The shipping cost is calculated depending on destination country.

Customs and duty shipments outside the European Union may be subject to import duty/tax or customs clearance charges, which may be applied once a shipment reaches your country. We have no control over additional customs charges and as such, these charges are to be paid by the purchaser.

If items damaged in transit we’ll replace them after visual confirmation that your fish arrived broken.

 

RETURNS/EXCHANGES

Fish4Wish aims to offer you the best user experience. If, for any reason, you are not fully satisfied with the order, you can return the item(s) within 7 days for a full refund. To start the process, email us at rinaeres@yahoo.com.

All returns must be undamaged. We recommend you use registered post or a trackable courier when returning an item, as we cannot accept responsibility for items lost in transit towards us.

Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable since they are not charged by Fish4Wish.

 

ORDER/CANCELLATION

If you wish to cancel your order, please notify us by email as soon as possible after placing your order, preferably within 24 hours. If your order has been already dispatched to you, you may return goods you have ordered for full refund within 7 days from receiving your parcel.

Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
